Paris pulls plug on Asian tour after Japanese detention.

Japan put out the unwelcome mat. Paris Hilton got the hint.

After being detained at Tokyo's airport over a guilty plea in her Las Vegas drug case, Hilton has decided to scrap her Asian tour and head back to the U.S.

"I'm really tired," said Hilton, who spent more than six hours being grilled by immigration officials at Narita International Airport. "I'm going back home, and I look forward to coming back to Japan in the future."

And with that, she boarded a private jet and was gone.

In a statement, Hilton publicist Dawn Miller said: "Paris is very disappointed and fought hard to keep her business commitments and see her fans, but she is forced to postpone her commitments in Asia.

"Paris understands and respects the rules and laws of the immigration authorities in Japan and fully wishes to cooperate with them. Paris looks forward to returning in the future to a country she loves and has been coming to for the past 10 years."

Hilton, 29, had been scheduled for an appearance in Tokyo today followed by visits tops Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and Jakarta, Indonesia, later this week. Those stops have also been bagged.

Japan is super-strict when it comes to letting foreigners with drug convictions entry (just ask Paul McCartney and the Rolling Stones). Hilton is just two days removed from her plea deal in Vegas and faces a year of informal probation, outpatient drug treatment and 200 hours of community service once she returns home.
